Staying young for me is not thinking about my age. I know what my age is in numbers but I don't like to even talk about it. If someone asks me how old I am I try to make them guess and keep my fingers crossed that they will be low. But that low number is slowly rising and getting closer to the real number all the time.
Staying young is mental. I honestly can't believe that I am this old.
But I have lately been pondering if I should admit openly my age. Will doing this make me age?
Will admitting my age have people think differently about me?
Will people put a different value on my opinion?
I just don't know. Pretty soon I am going to come clean with my age.
So while I am pondering this decision I will continue on my lifetime course of always looking forward and not looking back. Trying new things to improve my life.
Listen to new music, discover better ways of nutrition, keep on top of the latest things in fitness, and staying motivated with a positive attitude.
I will try my best to keep these new discoveries posted to the blog. I may not use them at all or I may use parts of them. The choice is up to you to try new things if you wish.
Always look forward,
Jerry
